You'll first want to pull up your order. Then call us, we will handle it from there.

Login to your account with the email address the order was placed under to check tracking. Tracking should be provided within 1-2 business days. 

If you don't receive your order, contact us within 14 calendar days from your latest expected delivery estimate. To find your missing package, you must follow up at the shipping address you provided. If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
